1. 30-Day No Obligation Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide that Orderlytic is not right for you within the first 30 days of activating your paid plan, we will give you a 100% refund. There are no obligations and no hard questions asked.
2. After the First 30 Days
Once the 30-day window has passed, we do not offer refunds for the time or billing cycle you have already used. However, you are never locked in. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard to stop all future billing.
3. Custom and Shopify Plus Plans
If you are on a Custom or Shopify Plus plan with a dedicated setup, your refund terms may depend on the specific contract we signed together. Please check your agreement for those specific details.
4. How to Request a Refund
To get your refund within the 30-day window, simply send us an email. We will process your request quickly. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear back on your bank or credit card statement.
