1. Service Description

Orderlytic provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) risk engine designed to analyze and flag Cash on Delivery (COD) orders for e-commerce merchants. While our engine provides high-accuracy predictive analytics, final order fulfillment decisions remain the responsibility of the merchant.

2. Usage License & Data Privacy

Subject to these Terms, D Innovations grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Orderlytic platform for your internal business operations. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or distribute access to the API without explicit written consent.

Data Confidentiality: By utilizing Orderlytic, your store benefits from and contributes to our global fraud network. You agree that Orderlytic may use hashed, anonymized risk data to identify network-wide fraud patterns. We guarantee that your specific customer data, exact sales metrics, and business identity will never be sold, shared, or exposed to other merchants or third-party platforms.

3. Uptime and Liability

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA. However, Orderlytic is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or fulfillment errors resulting from API downtime, network failures, or unflagged fraudulent orders. Our service acts as an advisory tool, not an absolute guarantee against RTO.

4. Billing and Termination

Subscriptions are billed based on the selected tier. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating our fair use policies or attempting to manipulate the risk engine.
